Meet The Team

Kay

Level III Instructor

Meet Kay

Kay embarked on her archery journey in the late ’80s, witnessing the evolution of the sport, particularly in how it has become more accessible to females and children. Her initial foray into archery was a family affair, starting with hunting and gradually transitioning to 3D competitions. While 3D shooting was initially a means to refine her bow-hunting skills, Kaye found herself enamored with the sport. An outdoors enthusiast by nature, archery provided the perfect fusion of hunting and fishing, a combination she cherished. Her inclination to assist others in the sport was instinctual; volunteering to help others came naturally to her. It was only fitting for Kaye to take her passion for archery and mentorship to the next level. She attained the esteemed title of a level three U.S.A archery instructor and embarked on a journey of coaching and teaching. Her contributions have ranged from guiding young talents in the junior Olympic archery development program to instructing adaptive archery for veterans and imparting bow hunting skills, among other endeavors. Archery offers something for every age, and witnessing individuals fall in love with the sport brings Kay immense joy. To those considering archery, she says, give it a shot—there’s something for everyone!

Richard

Bow Technician

Meet Richard

Richard’s journey into bow hunting commenced in 1983, a time when carbon arrows, mechanical releases, and rangefinders were yet to become staples of the sport. In the late ’80s and early ’90s, Richard and his companions immersed themselves in shooting 3D animals and bow-fishing, fostering a deep love for archery. As Richard’s passion grew, so did his desire for knowledge. In 1992, he ventured into the archery industry, bearing witness to the sport’s remarkable growth while accumulating a wealth of knowledge and forging enduring friendships. Over the years, Richard has aided tens of thousands of archers in achieving their goals, be it for recreation or hunting. Archery provides an unparalleled connection to nature, allowing archers to get remarkably close to the wonders of God’s creation. Richard fully intends to continue bow hunting until the day he can no longer draw a bow.
